G. Opie Rollison

G. Opie Rollison has been practicing health care law for 40 years. He is former General Counsel of ProMedica Health Systems, a multi-billion dollar health system.

Opie has been lead counsel in several hospital and ambulatory surgery center mergers and acquisitions. He regularly represents physicians, ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals in mergers and acquisitions, managed care contract negotiations, Stark and Anti-kickback laws, restrictive covenant litigation, peer review, contractual disputes and other health care related business transactions.

Opie formerly taught health care law and economics at Ohio Dominican University and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America.
